AMP On-line Claims – Personal Motor Vehicle

This AMP On-line Claims lodgement facility enables you to lodge an AMP Motor Vehicle claim direct to the AMP Claims team for assessment.

Simply complete the on-line form and the information will be sent to the appropriate claims team. Following receipt of your new claim, an AMP Claims consultant will contact you within 24 business hours between 8am and 6pm EST. Please indicate if you are happy to be contacted outside these hours. A copy of the information that you have submitted will also be sent to your nominated email address and to your AMP Adviser.

When the AMP Claims consultant does contact you, they will need to confirm your identify before they will be able to discuss the claim with you.

When completing this new claim form, please supply at least two contact numbers to ensure the AMP Claims consultant can contact you.
